Office and Logistics Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office and Logistics Assistant to enrich our team and actively contribute to the continuous and stable growth of our company. You will support our daily operations and handle both organizational tasks in the office environment and logistical activities.
Tasks
  • Organization and ensuring smooth office and administrative processes
  • Support in the day-to-day business of office administration
  • Organization of business trips and review of travel expense reports
  • Coordination, administration and maintenance of documents and filing systems
  • Support for logistical processes and order processing
  • Management of the material warehouse including inventories and stock checks
  • Preparation, compilation and documentation of deliveries
  • Maintenance of material, inventory and operating resource lists
Your profile
  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration and organizational tasks
  • At least 3 years of experience in a logistics environment, e.g. warehousing, shipping or order processing
  • Proficient use of common office software
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written

QHSE Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated QHSE Coordinator who will enrich our team and actively contribute to the continuous and stable growth of our company.
Tasks
  • Ensuring and further developing the integrated management system (IMS) in Austria in close cooperation with the QHSE manager.
  • Operational coverage of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SCCP, audits (internal & external), compliance, training.
  • Monitoring of daily activities in the areas of QHSE to minimize risks and incidents. Conducting and participating in risk assessments and inspections.
  • Contributing to the design, development, coordination and implementation of QHSE guidelines and processes within the company.
  • Support in developing the role through training and mentoring.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on incidents, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support with tenders.
Your profile
  • Experience in ISO 9001 and/or 14001 
  • Basic knowledge of SCC / occupational safety 
  • Knowledge of Austrian laws 
  • Experience with Quentic or comparable IMS/QHSE tools 
  • Experience in building processes, documentation and governance structures 
  • Experience in high-growth SMEs / technology companies 
  • Systems expertise, audit experience and a sense of responsibility 
  • Prior qualification as an internal auditor is advantageous, but can also be acquired on the job if required 
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written 
  • Confident use of MS Office 
  • Willingness to travel
