Products of solids control
Our equipment includes several compact units consisting of two centrifuges, a flocculant station, and a barite recovery system. We also offer shakers, desanders, desilters, various filter systems, mud cleaners, tanks, and large three-phase transformers.
Compact Units
Each unit consists of two centrifuges, a flocking station, and a recovery system. This allows for the implementation of diverse requirements, such as barite recovery. The design, based on two 20-foot containers, ensures high performance with a small footprint.
Shaker sieves & coatings
The Mongoose PT is a modular screening plant and is ideally suited for solids control.
Storage Tank
The S-ES-70-ST is designed for a flushing weight of 2.0 SG, has a two-chamber storage tank and a 6″ suction and pressure pipe. It has a volume of 35-70m³.

Eccentric screw pumps
The pumps used are specifically designed for heavy liquids. They have a capacity of 440 m³/h and a pressure of up to 24 bar.
Three-phase large transformer
A large three-phase transformer with a capacity of 200 kVA can be provided if required
Viscometer
The Fann Viscometer is used to measure the viscosity of the flushing fluid. The yield point is precisely calculated using six different speed settings.
Field Laboratory
The laboratory containers consist of a common room and a separate work area. With our field laboratories, we are able to perform all drilling fluid analyses commonly conducted at drilling sites in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10414-1:2008.
